I’m incredibly satisfied with my new vehicle and will be recommending to friends and family that they choose Parkland for their next new/used car. Tony Heimbecker, in particular, is fantastic and took the time to really make me feel like a valued customer, answering all of my questions/concerns, helping me navigate financing and showing me all the bells and whistles on my new Jeep!! The sales and finance team were all amazing to deal with. They made us feel right at home with no pressure sales at all. It was the best buying experience I have ever had hands down. Our sales guy Dan was super helpful and easy to talk to without feeling pressured. He was fast to get answers for my questions and was very honest with us. I will recommend Dan and the team at Parkland to any I know because I know they will be treated right and not get taken advantage of. Usually it’s them saying thank you to us the customer but in my case it’s also a big thank you back to them for being the great team that you are.

I had a super positive experience dealing with Matteo. He made the whole process really easy and I didn't feel any pressure when purchasing my vehicle. On the contrary he was accommodating, knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns thoroughly. 100% would recommend going to Parkland.

Had an excellent experience dealing with the guys at Parkland. The sales team and management were not pushy at all like other dealerships I shopped around at. They just wanted to get me in the vehicle that I was happy with and within my budget. Matteo, my sales Rep took all of my criteria for the truck I was looking for and found me the perfect one. Made my shopping experience stress free and saved me a lot of leg work. And I got a hell of a deal! I would highly recommend dealing with Parkland.

Thought I sent this review re: my visit last year - forgot to send. Late but still worthy of sending. As always I was in and out the door in a courtesy car in record time. The very next morning I was contacted with the details of my visit. It was my final check over while still under warranty. Didn’t cost me a cent. My car was ready in less than a day. And runs like clockwork. Thank you to Benny in Warranty, Dave in the Service bay, & last but not least Norm, Leader of the Team & Manager of the dealership, always remembers my name and spoils me rotten. I love it! Spruce Grove Chrysler still knows what customer service really is. Thanks my friends. Cheers Jane R
