Exterior
The Wrangler's design reflects decades of off-road engineering. The signature seven-slot grille features black textured slots, neutral grey metallic bezels, and a body-colour surround. Wheel options range from 17 to 20 inches depending on the model, with specialty packages adding 33-inch and 35-inch tires for enhanced trail capability. Ground clearance reaches 32.7 cm on ICE models, while approach, departure, and breakover angles measure 47.4 degrees, 40.4 degrees, and 26.7 degrees respectively. These angles allow the Wrangler to navigate steep inclines, descents, and obstacles without scraping.
Rubicon and Willys models can be equipped with the Xtreme 35 Tire Package, which delivers a breakover angle of 32.4 degrees straight from the factory. Rubicon models also offer an optional factory-installed Warn winch with a 3,628 kg capacity. The Dana 44 HD full-float rear axle is available on select Rubicon trims, using a design typically found in heavy-duty commercial trucks. Tow hooks, skid plates, and four-wheel disc brakes come standard across the lineup. Maximum towing capacity reaches 2,267 kg (5,000 lbs) when properly equipped.
